Steely Dan’s gold-selling fourth studio album on 180-gram vinyl

Mastered by Joe Nino-Hernes at Sterling Sound, Nashville

Pressed at GZ Media in the Czech Republic

At long last: the classic Steely Dan catalog is back on 33 1/3 vinyl. Led by Walter Becker and Donald Fagen, Steely Dan released seven albums from 1972-1980. The vinyl series continues with Katy Lied, the band’s 1975’s album featuring “Black Friday,” “Bad Sneakers” and “Doctor Wu,” and the addition of Michael McDonald on vocals. For this reissue, a flat hi-res file was the source for a new remastering by Jo Nino-Hernes at Sterling Sound in Nashville.

“Black Friday” charted at No. 37 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

180-gram black vinyl pressing.
